Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email awakenherbshop@gmail.com with your order number. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method. Damaged or incorrect orders will be made right.
